Welcome to Ordenivo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Ordenivo online store (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published on the Site.

1. Intellectual Property & Content
All content available through the Ordenivo online store, including product photography, videos, brand names, logos, descriptions, graphics, illustrations, packaging concepts, styling content, product presentation, website design, written materials, and other creative content, is owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Ordenivo or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
- We Welcome: You may share photographs or videos of your Ordenivo products on social media and tag us.
- We Prohibit: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially resell, impersonate, scrape, republish, or otherwise misuse Ordenivo images, logos, text, videos, designs, or other protected content without prior written authorization.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Ordenivo intellectual property or any unrestricted right to use protected brand materials.
2. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, colors, lengths, textures, densities, lace information, cap details, measurements, features, and photography.
Because human hair is a natural material, slight differences may occur in:
- Strand direction
- Texture
- Wave or curl definition
- Density
- Movement
- Softness
- Natural color tone
- Overall appearance
Actual product colors and appearance may also vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, styling, and natural hair characteristics.
Hair length may appear different depending on whether the hair is straight, wavy, curly, stretched, or styled.
Please review the applicable product page carefully before ordering.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, promotions, specifications, availability, descriptions, images, or other Site content.
If a material error affects an order already placed, we may provide an appropriate correction, replacement, cancellation, or refund.
3. Your Account Security
You may choose to create an Ordenivo account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
- Providing accurate account information
- Protecting your account from unauthorized access
- Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity

- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with Site security or functionality

- Violate applicable laws or regulations
Ordenivo may restrict access, suspend accounts, reject transactions, or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
5. Pricing & Payments
Product prices, promotions, discounts, and availability may change before an order is accepted.
Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.
We may decline or cancel orders because of:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud
- Unsuccessful payment authorization
- Incorrect product or pricing information
- Invalid delivery information
- Shipping restrictions
- Other circumstances preventing reasonable fulfillment
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Ordenivo does not directly store complete payment-card information where such information is processed by those providers.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout where required.
6. Product Use, Styling & Care
Ordenivo products may include human hair wigs, glueless wigs, lace front wigs, pre-plucked wigs, straight, bob, wavy, curly or textured styles, and related accessories.
Please review all applicable product descriptions, sizing information, styling guidance, care instructions, and warnings before use.
Wig Fit
Fit may vary based on:
- Head circumference
- Head shape
- Natural hair volume
- Protective styles underneath
- Cap construction
- Adjustment preference
Ordenivo cannot guarantee that every cap construction will fit every individual identically.
Glueless Wigs
Products described as glueless are designed to be wearable without traditional wig adhesive when appropriately fitted.
Individual results may vary based on head shape, fit, installation, movement, and styling preferences.
Lace Care
Lace is delicate. Avoid excessive pulling, scratching, aggressive rubbing, or unnecessary tension.
Damage caused by improper lace cutting, misuse, or aggressive handling may not qualify as a defect where permitted by law.
Heat Styling
Human hair wigs may generally be heat styled using suitable tools.
Excessive heat may cause dryness, breakage, texture changes, or reduced product lifespan.
Coloring & Chemical Processing
Dyeing, bleaching, perming, relaxing, or other chemical processing may permanently alter the hair.
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Products materially altered through chemical processing may no longer qualify for a voluntary return.
Cutting & Customization
Cutting hair, cutting lace, thinning, changing the hairline, or other permanent customization may affect return eligibility.
Inspect your wig carefully before making permanent modifications.
Washing & Maintenance
Product lifespan may be affected by:
- Washing frequency
- Heat exposure
- Styling products
- Chemical treatments
- Sleeping in the wig
- Friction
- Detangling
- Storage
- General handling
Shedding & Tangling
Some shedding and tangling may occur during normal brushing, washing, styling, detangling, and wear.
This does not necessarily indicate a product defect.
Product Lifespan
No specific product lifespan is guaranteed. Longevity depends significantly on wear frequency, care practices, styling, chemical treatment, heat exposure, and storage.
7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Returns, refunds, exchanges, shipping, and delivery are governed by the applicable Ordenivo policies.

Because wigs are personal-wear products, voluntary return eligibility may depend on their condition.
Products that have been washed, cut, dyed, bleached, chemically processed, materially worn, altered, or had their lace cut may not qualify for voluntary return where permitted by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Notice and applicable privacy controls.
These explain how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication.
Where permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent court in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China.
Nothing in this provision removes mandatory consumer protections available in the customer's jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:
